🌈 We are Qweer - a small independent queer-owned LGBTQ+ pride store operating on Gadigal land in Sydney, Australia. Each design is crafted in small batches and individually embroidered by a homo in our studio.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number.

We ship using Australia Post. Transit time is generally 2-5 days for those in Australia. For our international peeps, it will take between 1-2 weeks to get to you.

We want to make sure you are in love with your Qweer item, like obsessed with it. If you're not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we'd be happy to help out.

We accept returns on any product within 30 days from when the order was placed with the exception of sale items and gift cards.

We ask that garments be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging/tags still attached.

If we receive a returned item that has been worn or is not sellable, we may not be able to refund you. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Qweer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
